Aubameyang Is Free To Criticise Me – Mikel Arteta (Arsenal Boss)
Mikel Arteta, the manager of Arsenal, has stated that he will not criticize Chelsea striker Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang for criticizing his management style.
In an interview with Jewellers on their YouTube channel shortly after leaving Arsenal for Barcelona, Aubameyang made several digs at Arteta, including the claim that the Spaniard is incapable of managing big players.
Aubameyang was forced to leave Arsenal in February 2022 after a squabble with Arteta, who stripped him of the captaincy and barred him from playing for the Gunners. And, speaking to the media on Wednesday ahead of their Europa League clash on Thursday, Arteta said Aubameyang was free to say whatever he wanted.
Talking about the atmosphere in his squad this season, he added, “Phenomenal, I’ve never been in a better dressing room. “It’s an absolute pleasure to be in this group.”
