Bournemouth vs Chelsea: Lampard preaches caution after securing first win
After earning his first victory as Chelsea’s interim manager with a 3-1 victory over Bournemouth, a relieved Frank Lampard acknowledged that there was still “a lot of work to do.”.

Graham Potter was fired after Chelsea made the decision to part ways with him, and Lampard was appointed as interim manager until the end of the current campaign.
Prior to the match against Bournemouth, he had presided over six straight losses in his first six games across all competitions.
The victory, Chelsea’s first since March 11, will please the 44-year-old to see his team finally secure a victory.

“We came in off the back of a tough run, it’s been a tough year and there is a lot work to do,” Lampard told the BBC.
“But the performance and the result in isolation are really good, we deserved to win the game. It’s a nice step forward for the lads. To work hard and come to a place that has been very hard for a lot of teams this year so I’m very happy.”
The result leaves Chelsea 11th in the Premier League with four games remaining.
