The National team of Qatar has found themselves on the wrong side of history at the ongoing FIFA World Cup which is being hosted in their country.
Qatar became the first team in the history of the competition to get knocked out after just two games. The host country were sent packing after losing their first two group games against Ecaudor and African Champions, Senegal.
However, Qatar have now joined the host of the 2010 FIFA World Cup, South Africa as the second host country to get knocked out from the group stage.
Qatar’s last game of the tournament will be against Netherlands.
