Real Madrid President Florentino Perez meets with Vinicius Junior after racism incident
Following a meeting with President Florentino Perez, Vinicius Junior has the backing of Real Madrid regarding the incident involving racism.

The Real Madrid president Florentino Perez met with star player Vinicius Junior after the racial slurs he endured during the match against Valencia on Sunday night.
In order to draw attention to the fact that he had been subjected to racial slurs throughout the game, Vinicius pointed at the offenders in the stands.
Valencia has already barred one of the identified fans permanently, and it will continue to enforce the same punishment if more are discovered.

However, Vinicius has asked La Liga President Javier Tebas to take additional measures and sanctions.
Meet Florentino Perez and Vinicius Junior.
Perez returns to address the situation after attending the basketball team’s EuroLeague victory over Olympiacos as a member of the Real Madrid delegation.
Real Madrid announced that Perez had met with Vinicius on Monday afternoon to express their unwavering support for him and to make it clear that they would use all necessary means to seek justice.
A hate crime against Vinicius was also made public by the club earlier on Monday.

Only a few hours earlier, a report from Brazil claimed that Vinicius’ camp had spoken with the Brazilian about quitting because they believed he wasn’t getting the support he required from either his company or the league.
Obviously, that assertion would have more validity if this assistance had been given on the tenth occasion that a formal complaint had also been made.
Prior to now, notable football players like Rio Ferdinand, Neymar, and his manager Carlo Ancelotti had supported Vinicius.
